Janice A. Isakoff

Jan is an experienced legal professional with over thirty (30) years in the legal profession and has represented a number of financial institutions for many years. Jan believes that relationships are one of the most important aspects of her practice. Clients know that they can call at any time with questions regarding deal structuring, financing options and the like without receiving a bill for any advice rendered.

Representing real estate owners, developers and financial institutions, Jan is engaged in a transactional real estate practice concentrating on all phases of real estate acquisition, ownership, development, financing and sale.

Jan is also involved in, private equity, land acquisition, construction and permanent financing, project operating agreements, leasing, and construction-related agreements and represent both owners and lenders in public/private financing, new market tax credit transactions, mezzanine debt transactions, and distressed real estate loan workouts and restructurings.

She is a proud graduate of University of Findlay, B.A., 1982, cum laude and the University of Toledo College of Law, J.D., 1986.
